Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do. 

Go to customs on our Home Page and click on customs application process for more direction and information!

Custom Orders

All Valerian Projects Co. creations labeled as CUSTOMS take approximately 2-16 weeks processing time. This is a rough estimate of the time frame in which your order ships out due solely to what the customer picks for fabric, what we have on hand, and where it will be sourced from.

In this case, it would ship when the full order is complete.

What is Ready-to-ship?

 

Ready-to-ship is where you can find all our current stock that is currently available for purchase online. These items are already made and ready to be shipped.

Items from this collection will ship in 1-3 business days. 
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for RTS items only.
To assure your piece can be shipped out and received before your desired date please email valerian.projects@gmail.com

What kind of fabric do we use?

Upholstery, lace, acrylic fur from thrift stores, friends, local distributors, individual businesses, and/or random encounters.

What if I damage my product? 

Our items are uniquely fragile due to the beaded and tasseled trims.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via email at valerian.projects@gmail.com.

Do you accept payment plans?

AfterPay and Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout for payment plan options.

We do not take manual payment plans. 

What is the hardware made of?

Most of our hardware is plated or coated metals. The silver hardware is made of zinc. The gold is gold-plated brass. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please email us at valerian.projects@gmail.com

Can I pay extra for expedited shipping/processing time?

We DO NOT expedite orders for custom orders.

We do offer expedited shipping for Ready-to-ship pieces and you will have the option at checkout to select which one.

How does the sizing work?

All skirts come slightly adjustable as they have stretch ties in the front.

However, please refer to the sizing chart for EVERY Valerian Projects Co. product you will be purchasing as it is crucial to your comfortability per product.

CUSTOM orders within the custom application process requires you to enter your measurements. To accurately record your measurements, please refer to our sizing guide. 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing corrections, unfortunately it is up to the customer to read over our sizing guide carefully.

Do you ship internationally?

Valerian Projects currently ships to USA, Canada , and Australia ONLY.

Valerian Projects DOES NOT ship worldwide, but will hopefully update this in the near future.

However, email valerian.projects@gmail.com to see if it may be possible for you.

How can I get an update on the status of my order? 

When we are finished stitching an order for you, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.
