Returns & Exchanges
Please understand that I DO NOT accept returns/refunds on ANY orders once a purchase has been made.
You will only be eligible for a sizing exchange OR store credit.
If there is an issue with your sizing, please contact me within 30 days of your original purchase date via email or DM Valerian Projects on Instagram to craft your order to the beautiful vision that you had!
Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days, if it has been over 30 days since your original purchase date we can NOT offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your original items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels still attached.
Original items that are damaged, stained, or altered may not be accepted for an exchange or store credit and may be sent back to the customer.
Products exempt from being returned:
- Underwear (for safety & sanitation reasons)
Returns, for an exchange or store credit, that do NOT comply with these regulations will NOT be accepted
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the above conditions are met, Valerian Projects will then start the process to refund your return postage back to the company and exchange, create a new piece for you, or send store credit to you
To return your product, you should mail your product to Valerian Projects at 1507 South Depew Street Lakewood, Colorado 80232
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue refunds for items if they are never received on our end.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item at first. If you receive an acceptance for an exchange/store credit, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or sent back to you with your exchange
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Exchange/Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you receive an acceptance for an exchange/store credit, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from the new store credit OR sent back to your original method of payment for the exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items can NOT be refunded.
Valerian Projects products are hand crafted and designed through customs and ready-to-ship items.
