Return Policy

All item sales are FINAL once a purchase has been made. It is the responsibility of the customer to read through the listing descriptions provided to ensure correct sizing and knowing what you are purchasing. 

We understand this is a tough stance but we need to be firm based on the limited materials, thrifted unusual items, and customization applied.

Damages and issues

 Our products are fragile due to the beaded trim, tasseled trim, hardware, and fabric choices.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via email at valerian.projects@gmail.com.
